ELISABETH OGDEN

In the spring of 2014, I spent three weeks travelling throughout Peru with a group of fellow students and Spanish professor from my college in the United States.  We traveled, visited numerous Inca sites, trekked to Machu Picchu, spent time in Cusco, and studied Peruvian literature and history.  On our way to Lima, we stopped at Sillustani, an Inca burial site.  We ended our trip in Lima with a little over a day, during which we visited the Miraflores and Barranco Districts, a beach, and the statue of Jesus overlooking the city.  We also drove through the Plaza de Armas.
